Ecommerce Website Solutions & Use Case
Use Case: Office Furniture eCommerce Redesign
Client: USexport – Office furniture retailer (chairs, tables, storage units)
Challenge:
The client had a 20-year-old website that didn’t support online purchases—only callback requests. The outdated platform limited user experience and sales.
My Role:
I was hired to manage the full website redesign and development process:
– Defined user needs and translated them into clear requirements
– Created UX concepts and wireframes in Figma and XD
– Organized content, taxonomy, and product structure
– Managed developer handoff and guided implementation
Results:
A modern eCommerce website with improved usability, fresh content, and a streamlined structure.
Still in progress: Development of the “Purchase Room” – a concept for buying complete office setups in one space.
